Step 1
First, if you have not done so, download and install the software you
are buying the license for. Please verify that the software performs to
your complete satisfaction before purchasing. Because the digital
signature license file you will receive is not copy protected, we can
not offer refunds after the purchase. |
Step 2
Many of our license deliveries fail because customers do not allow email and attachments from our @drs-digitrax.com
domain. Our binary email attachment may not pass though your firewall
due to virus protection and spam filters. If you have e-mail blocking
or filtering software, please enable it to accept our messages. Failure
to do this may result in your purchased software license being
discarded by your email server. NOTE: You can also call us directly to
place your order and we will send your license while you are on the
phone with us. |
Step 3
After purchase, you will be sent two separate emails. The first will be
your receipt. The second email (with attachment) is your software
license and installation instructions. You should receive your license
within minutes, it may take up to two hours. If you have problems using
the online purchase system please call us directly to place your order.
Phone orders usually take 4-5 minutes to deliver. |
