DeBoard II Help
Using Insert Image Marker is the easy way to syncronize Text and Images.
Discussion: Image markers are a special tag that you insert into your text file. The image marker tag is used to tell DeBoard that it must show a particular image when playing a particular text word or phrase. The image markers work only in Text Box object #1. The Image marker tag contains a delimiter or marker character, a number that represents the images position in the image list and a closing delimiter marker character. The marker character default is a "@", you can change this character in the Images Page to any alpha character you choose.

To use image markers:
Place your cursor on text box #1 where you would like the image marker to be placed and clik the left mouse button. Next, right click your mouse and the Text Objects popup menu will show. Click Insert Image Marker, this option will bring up image list #1. On the Image list #1, double click the image you want to show when the marked text is playing.

This should be done after you have added the images to the image list #1. If you insert or delete images from the list, you may need to remove and re-insert the image markers. Be sure to save the text file as the image markers are now part of the text file. Also, save the project so that the image list will also be saved.
