If you are using W9X you can use the Sync with Vertical Retrace function. This option will provide very smooth scrolling and crawl action. It does, however, slow down all object movement when toggled on. To use the sync feature, click the Configuration - Sync W/Vert Retrace toggle from the main menu. This option is not available if you are using NT5.0 or greater.
