DeBoard II Help
Using audio markers is one of the strengths of DeBoard. By using audio markers you can synchronize both audio and text to play a live informational show.

Depending on the version of DeBoard you have installed, they may included some text and audio from the Grand Canyon USA in the default demo project. The audio and pictures are synchronized with the text in that certain images will appear and certain audio files will be played when certain text is been shown on the play screen.

To use audio markers, right click on the text where and when you want the audio file to play and click Insert Audio Marker. This will show the audio list assigned to the Text object. Click on the audio file name in the audio list. This will insert the audio marker and number of the audio file from the audio list into the text.
NOTE: If you are using a long audio file, other audio files may be skipped if the audio player is still busy when asked to play the next "marked" audio file during play. TIP: Know the length of the audio files you are inserting and the speed of the text that will trigger their play.
