A PC Graphic Video Crawl Display System . This is a Crawling - 2 monitor Software. Decrawler supports up to two different monitor outputs at the same time. DeCrawler can play text in any screen position and crawls text across 2 monitors if you are using a dual display system. You can also use MS DirectX video capture devices if using DX version 8 and have an attached video device. Once the program is configured it is very easy to use and maintain.
